The week before I leave for SA. Unless it was the weekend I am next to no chance unless I can organise a business trip to Melbourne.

details should come soon surely, croatia would be a good match up for a trip down memory lane, also good preperation for the match against serbia - no doubt theyd be similar teams, strong and technical

croatia is defintely the rumour, lots of different information about the date,
not sure about the 26th as this is the same date as one of the League Origin games, my guess would be 24th/25th/27th, hurry up and announce the details FFA !!

Bugger !!
The Herald Sun in Melbourne has reported that we will be up aginst the Kiwis on the 24th May. Apparently it was "too hard" to get any European teams to fly over.
If this is true I won't be going. Will just have my fingers crossed that our friendly neighbours don't just try to kick lumps out of Kewell, Cahill, Bresc etc.
And come to think of it, this doesn't look great for our world cup chances ?? (bugger * 100 !!!)).
Cheers

Dont forget the Latvians and Estonians Lindsay haha...
Aust vs NZ... meh, it'll get a crowd but not 90,000...and really is it good preparation for the WC? I dont think so. Australia has nothing to gain and everything to lose. If we win, we were always going to, if we lose or draw it destabilises our WC plans, if Cahill/ Kewell or Schwartzer get kicked due to the "un" friendly nature this friendly will be, than out WC progression dreams are just about over
Maybe, as MK has pointed out on another site, it has more to do with shoring up the OFC vote for 2018-22.
