South African Power Outlets

Most of us are probably taking a laptop/mobile phone/electric shaver etc which will require charging. I was just wandering what the power outlets look like in South Africa, I have adaptors for the US, UK and western Europe but I wouldn't be surprised if none of those were compatible?

If anyone has bought an adaptor for the trip please let me know where you got it from.

This is the type of plug for SA... unique pretty much in the world

You should find adaptors at travel shops/ airport departure shops/ Myers/ Target etc

think your best bet would be to wait and buy that sort of stuff in SA, as if it fucks up, it's easier to sort out then if you buy something in Aus, have it fuck up and end up having to fight for any refunds after you get back

You can get a lot of multplugs which will work just about any where with a couple of adjustments.
